The service has received four national service awards. The owner has been nominated for “Woman Business Owner of the Year.” We are recommended by a number of vets and support the Humane Society. We are proud members of Pet Sitters International, which is the most respected national pet sitting association. The association is dedicated to the excellence and professionalism of pet sitting.

Whether your pets need a visit in the middle of the day or you need to utilize our full range of services, our goal is a happy and well cared for pet while you are away. We pride ourselves on delivering a personal service that caters to all types and sizes of animals from hamsters to horses.
Our carefully screened adult pet sitters have gone through our training program and have had a background check before becoming a member of our excellent staff. Your sitter will live in your neighborhood or area. You are assigned a sitter who will always take care of your “family.” You will always have peace of mind knowing the we will always be there for you and your pets.
Typically, for dogs, we take them out right away to go to the bathroom (if there are accidents, we clean up), feed, give fresh water, give any medications that need to be given, take them for walks, play with them, love them and tell them “how wonderful they are”.
For cats, we feed, give fresh water, can give shots for diabetic pets, clean the litter box, scratch chin and cheeks and if they are shy and under the bed, we lie down and talk to them.
We also bring in mail, newspaper, turn lights on and off to make it look like someone is coming and going, open and close blinds, and take trash out on trash day.
Should a pet become ill during your absence we would contact your vet and see that he gets the care he needs. We treat EVERY pet and home like it is our own.
We are available 365 days of the year, even providing holiday pet sitters in the Charlotte, NC metro area. Providing quality care and love for your pets is our first priority!
